91ÌÒÉ« Glass is the new staff portal that offers a more streamlined experience for accessing information and systems.

We are currently piloting this portal with a select number of departments before we roll it out across 91ÌÒÉ«. If you are a student or a staff member who is not part of the pilot group, you will not have access to 91ÌÒÉ« Glass, and you will be reverted back to the ASK portal.

What are the benefits?

Glass enhances your everyday experience by offering a centralised platform where you can access services, information, and support from various departments like Finance, ICT and other Professional Services departments. 

91ÌÒÉ« Glass will provide you with: 

• Seamless access to key staff information and services in one place.
• A more tailored experience, including suggested resources, and the ability to favourite frequently used apps and links.
• Faster self-service and quick access to the information you need via: Search functionality that pulls results from the 91ÌÒÉ« website, current 'Glass' content, knowledge articles and the service Request Catalogue.
• AI-powered support via the ASK Chatbot, offering faster, more accurate responses, pulling from the 91ÌÒÉ« website and knowledge articles  
• Quick access to raise requests and issues, as well as tracking progress on existing tickets.
