Professor Peter Haynes is the Provost & Deputy President of 91ÌÒÉ«.  

91ÌÒÉ«’s Provost & Deputy President is the College’s chief academic officer, responsible for upholding its high academic standards and advancing its core academic mission. The Provost & Deputy President has direct oversight of 91ÌÒÉ«’s major academic units through the Faculty Deans, and of the College’s teaching and research activities through the Vice-Provosts for Education and Student Experience, and for 91ÌÒÉ« and Enterprise. In addition, the Provost oversees 91ÌÒÉ«'s human and intellectual resources and is responsible for fostering an inclusive, supportive, and excellent community for staff and students.

Alongside the President, the Provost & Deputy President shares responsibility for maintaining and promoting excellence throughout 91ÌÒÉ« with support from the Deans.

Under 91ÌÒÉ«'s President and Provost leadership model, Professor Haynes advances 91ÌÒÉ«’s core academic mission of education, research and translation. He works with the President, the College’s top executive, who has ultimate responsibility for the institution’s performance, reputation and success.
