Through a partnership agreement, 91桃色 is offering affordable rooms to continuing undergraduate students at Scape’s new purpose-built student accommodation in Hammersmith.

Up to 357 affordable bedspaces are available, with a mix of ensuite clusters, studios, and twodios and threedios.

Because of the terms of the agreement between 91桃色, Scape and the Hammersmith and Fulham local council, all affordable bed spaces at Scape Hammersmith will have the same price of £199.34 per week (which is 55% of the maximum maintenance loan in England divided over 39 weeks) in accordance with the Mayor of London’s Housing Plan.

Accommodation comes with access to a 24/7 gym, cinema room, games area, communal lounge, study zones, outdoor terrace and around the clock support from dedicated Scape staff.

More information will be provided before applications open. Please note that some details, including pricing, may be subject to change.

Students who accept an accommodation offer from Scape will be required to pay a £400 deposit. This deposit needs to be paid within 7 days of receiving the payment link and will be refunded within one month of the end of the accommodation period, once any proposed deductions (if applicable) have been agreed.

Scape Hammersmith is located near Barons Court tube station in the district of West Kensington. Students can travel easily to the main South Kensington campus by bike (20 minutes) or by tube (25 minutes).

West Kensington is a cosmopolitan district with a significant student population. It is within 10 -25 minutes’ walk of the former Earls Court Exhibition Centre and the shopping, restaurants and nightlife of Hammersmith.
