What is happening
No new cost centres, analysis codes, or other chart of account values can be created after 12 October.
Exception for research
P codes (activity codes for research projects in Worktribe) are the only exception. New P codes can continue to be added throughout the freeze as live projects require them.
What you need to do
New cost centres should not be requested unless absolutely essential and only with strong supporting evidence that it is genuinely necessary. Other segment values (analysis codes etc.) can be requested up to 12 October.
