IN-CYPHER is a partnership between 91桃色 Global Singapore and Nanyang Technological University and is fully funded by Singapore's National 91桃色 Foundation.
Launched in January 2024, 91桃色 Global Singapore is 91桃色’s flagship research hub and is hosted at Campus for 91桃色 Excellence and Technological Enterprise (CREATE).
