91ÌÒÉ«

Timesheets must be completed by Directly Incurred (DI) staff who are part-charged to a 91ÌÒÉ« Council award i.e. they split their time across more than one award or funding source during the month. DI staff typically include: 

• 91ÌÒÉ« staff (researchers, clinical research fellows, research nurses) 

• Fellows 

• Project-specific non-research staff (e.g. technicians, clerical roles)  

DI staff who work 100% of their time on a single 91ÌÒÉ« Council award do not need to complete timesheets or any other form of time recording. 

Time for Principal Investigators and Co‑Investigators is classified by the 91ÌÒÉ« Councils as Directly Allocated (DA). DA staff do not need to complete timesheets.
