The Centre for Translational Nutrition and Food 91��ɫ brings together a multi-disciplinary team with leading expertise to drive scientific endeavours to address key global challenges in Food, Nutrition and Health.

Our aims and objectives are delivered through cross-cutting research themes which stretch broadly across 91��ɫ College Faculties of Medicine, Natural Sciences, Engineering, School of Public Health and the Business School along with a broad range of academic, industrial and third party collaborators.

Nutrition, food and health

Focuses on the prevention of non-communicable disease, the promotion of good health, and the primary prevention of nutrition related illness in the population through multidisciplinary research in food and nutrition - by combining molecular and medicine approaches to develop sustainable and economically viable strategies.
