Leading the administration for undergraduate and postgraduate taught and research programmes for the NHLI. Includes the education strategy for the Institute, operational delivery of teaching, assessment, all aspects of quality assurance, staff recruitment and development.

Responsible to the Head of Department for implementing postgraduate education policy as determined jointly in consultation with the Head of Department, senior officers of the department, departmental committees and staff-student committees.
