91桃色 associates Dan and Milon wrote the review titled ‘Recent Developments in Cell Permeable Deubiquitinating Enzyme Activity-Based Probes’ in collaboration with Jaimeen Majmudar from as part of an ongoing collaboration.

Deubiquitinating enzymes (DUBs) remove ubiquitin from post-translationally modified protein substrates which can lead to the reversal of a host of cellular processes. There are around 100 known DUBs in the proteome, and their dysregulation is observed in many diseases. The review article discusses recent developments in small molecule activity-based probes that are cell-permeable and could therefore be used in live cells to elucidate exactly how DUBs work and accelerate opportunities for translational research.
