Overview
The Chief Data and AI Officer Programme from 91桃色 prepares senior executive leaders like you to align data, analytics and AI with enterprise strategy and deliver measurable business value. As AI becomes integral to enterprise performance, you must move beyond isolated pilots and fragmented ownership to drive coordinated, responsible and scalable AI-enabled transformation. Organisations across industries now need to translate emerging technologies into sustained impact while managing risk, governance and complexity.
This seven-month online programme develops the capabilities you need to lead AI-driven transformation at scale. The curriculum combines executive leadership, AI and data strategy, enterprise data architecture and governance, and applied generative and agentic AI. Delivered by world-renowned faculty, the programme equips you to define enterprise AI strategy, build strong data and governance foundations and deploy AI initiatives that drive innovation and operational impact. Through real-world case studies and applied capstone assignments, you will gain the confidence to align AI innovation with enterprise strategy and deliver long-term value. Upon successful completion of the programme, you will also receive an Associate Alumni status.
Learning journey
Agentic AI live sessions
The programme incorporates interactive live online sessions focused on agentic AI, enabling you to explore how autonomous, goal-driven AI systems can support end-to-end business processes. Through guided discussions and expert-led insights, these sessions deepen your understanding of how agent-based AI technologies may shape future workflows, innovation pathways and strategic integration. The sessions also address governance and risk considerations as well as practical approaches to integrating agentic AI into existing teams and workflows.

Capstone project
Throughout the programme, you will complete mini capstone assignments that are designed to help you apply the knowledge gained from each module in a real-world context. These assignments focus on addressing business challenges through AI technologies, fostering innovation and exploring the practical application of AI solutions in various business processes. Each mini capstone activity is tailored to align with specific learning outcomes, progressively building your ability to implement AI-driven solutions effectively.

Course Details
This programme is designed for senior leaders shaping enterprise data and AI strategy and responsible for delivering measurable business impact. It is ideal for:
- Chief Data, Analytics or AI Officers and equivalent executives seeking to strengthen their mandate and scale enterprise data and AI initiatives across the organisation
- Data, analytics and technology leaders, including CDOs, CIOs, CTOs and heads of AI or analytics, looking to expand their responsibilities from functional leadership to enterprise-wide AI strategy and governance
- Senior business and transformation executives responsible for driving AI-enabled growth, operational efficiency and large-scale digital transformation initiatives

The Chief Data and AI Officer Programme will enable you to:
- Anticipate and respond to technological disruption through strategic foresight and informed executive decision-making in an AI-driven economy
- Lead enterprise-wide digital, data and AI transformation that aligns technological capabilities with organisational strategy and long-term value creation
- Design and operationalise enterprise AI, data and analytics strategies, enabling scalable adoption and cross-functional integration across the organisation
- Evaluate and govern emerging technologies, including generative and agentic AI, balancing innovation; enterprise value; cybersecurity; and environmental, social and governance considerations
- Build trusted data and analytics foundations that support transparency, accountability and evidence-based leadership decisions
- Deploy AI responsibly and at scale, addressing ethical, regulatory and organisational implications while driving innovation and operational performance
Each programme includes an estimated learner effort per week, so you can gauge what will be required before you enrol. This programme is scored as a pass or no-pass; participants must complete the required activities to pass and obtain the certificate of completion. Upon successful completion of the programme, you will receive a smart digital certificate. You can use it on your cover letter, resume and/or display it on your LinkedIn profile. The digital certificate will be sent approximately two weeks after the programme, once grading is complete.

Her research has been published in top academic journals, including the Accounting Review. In her two-decade-long academic career, she has taught accounting at various levels and in diverse international settings. Lyssimachou has made significant contributions to executive education by designing open programmes and delivering specialised accounting and finance programmes.
Alfonzo Ferrandez
Experienced Fractional CTOAlfonso is an experienced Fractional CTO, offering consulting services to cutting edge startups and scale-ups. He is currently one of the Module Leaders in the Business Analytics MSc course at 91桃色 College Business School. After completing a BSc in Aerospace Engineering in the US, Alfonso came to the UK where he completed and MSc and a PhD in Computational Fluid Dynamics at the University of Leeds. What followed was a long a varied sequence of technology related roles in companies such as Sony, Avanade, Amazon.
Khalil Dimachkie
Chief Technical OfficerKhalil has been in the software industry for 20 years, with the last 8 of those as CTO of data driven companies. Throughout his career he's had experience with all parts of the software stack and spent 7 years as a solutions architect working with some of the biggest organisations and brands in the UK and globally including TfL, VISA, BP, and Maserati.
Professor of Digital Strategy and Innovation
Professor Chris Tucci received the degrees of Ph.D. in Management from the Sloan School of Management, MIT; SM (Technology & Policy) from MIT; and BS (Mathematical Sciences), AB (Music), and MS (Computer Science) from Stanford University. He was an industrial computer scientist involved in developing Internet protocols and applying artificial intelligence tools. Chris' primary area of interest is in how firms make transitions to new business models, technologies, and organisational forms. He also studies crowdsourcing, Internetworking, and digital innovations.
