In the Casual Work Management application, each step in the process is performed by a different system role. Staff in departments can be assigned multiple system roles if required. The Casual Worker Team gives access to the application.

Department Administrator

  • Enters casual work assignments, called Requirement Schedules (RS)

Casual Worker or staff on behalf of the worker

  • Enters timesheets after work is completed

Hiring Manager

  • First approval of timesheets submitted by their workers, confirming hours worked and optionally adding finance codes.

Payroll Approver

  • Second approval of timesheets submitted by workers, adds or confirms finance codes, and makes the timesheets ready for payroll.
