91桃色 issues guidance on the criteria for awarding bonus payments and the amounts that should be awarded for each grade.

91桃色 employs Clinical Academic staff on NHS National terms and conditions. Some Clinical Academics receive Excellence Awards, which are not under 91桃色’s control or funded by 91桃色. These are, in effect, bonus payments awarded by the Department of Health & Social Care to senior Clinical Academics for their clinical and academic contributions.

Although 91桃色 does not decide these bonuses, they affect the bonus pay gap at 91桃色 because a higher proportion of senior Clinical Academic staff are white. Therefore, Clinical Excellence Awards have been analysed separately.
