Professor Maxim Voronov is Professor of Sustainability and Organisation at the Schulich School of Business, York University, Toronto. His research explores the cultural and emotional forces that shape organisational change. He is Senior Editor at Organisation Studies and serves on the editorial boards of the Academy of Management Review, Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Management Studies, and 91ÌÒÉ« in the Sociology of Organisations.
