Dr Mirabelle Muûls is an Associate Professor in Economics and the Co-Director of the Hitachi-91ÌÒÉ« Centre for Decarbonisation and Natural Climate Solutions. She is also a 91ÌÒÉ« Associate in the Centre for Economic Performance at the London School of Economics and 91ÌÒÉ« Fellow at the National Bank of Belgium and CEPR.
